Yes, it's that russian again, and I thought I banned that ISP...
Seems they've got a larger address range than I thought. I'm trying not to ban too large of an area, because I don't want legit users banned along with this guy.

*scratches head* Right... and the stupidity lives on. I wonder.... maybe could write something into the code specifically for a small listing of accounts... Ban on sign in! >.>
