ABOUT:

I'm not really going to add anything above the rating of PG-13 or anything like that. I just want a personal artsite, or at least SOME place where I can host my art without ads at all. I do have an artsite right now: http://freewebs.com/tsunamiyusa, the suckiet of all, and http://peacheeku.sheezyart.com, this is a perfect example of "FREE WITH ADS!" Freewebs is fine, but even though I switched to HTML which already disabled the ads, the URL knocks it out. I advertise my artsites all around, I want to use a URL that isn't funny and is someplace everyone's familiar with. I guess XEPHER isn't that popular around my folks, but I'll be advertising xepher.net along with my site.

I guess I'm not really being creative and unique at all, but I just WANT it. I don't have a flash drive and floppy disks are a troublesome. I figured that I'd rather have an online portfolio to host my art. :| I've tried a lot. Photobucket is too boring; deviantART is too dramatic; MyArtPlot is too dead and unknown, considering it's a beta site; Gaia is too game-related; Neopets is childish and parentally strict... and so on.  :( All I wanted was someplace to host an artsite without problems.

I'll be linking this artsite to my online manga: http://fw2.smackjeeves.com. Well, yes it is empty. I started all over. I'm planning to let people download MY tutorials and resources. Obviously they'll be MINE, so It's NOT illegal! :/.

I guess that's it. I hope this gets approved, and thank you xepher for the generosity!

:)

A couple of your links are down.... can't really see examples :(

If you can, like by using photbucket, I'd like to see some more art examples, or some of the older strips you are talking about.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are saying about the links, they are working if that is what you mean. http://peacheeku.sheezyart.com isn't down. Only my webmanga is.

Here are some art examples I have if they are what you are asking for:

Yes, I am 11. I know, many people find it hard to believe. :/
I did post a new comic pages just now, you can view the archive here: http://fw2.smackjeeves.com/archive/ (I had about 11 pages up, but then I wanted to start all over, a child's imagination can run like wildfire).
I don't have many good art examples. I am going through the one and only, 'Artist Block.' :'(
I can give you some of my old pictures I've done last year:

I... I think my attention spam is wavering or something, but this just hurts my brain (http://xepher.xepher.net/downloads/peacheeku.png) to try and parse.

Sorry about that. D:
I wanted to do something quick to test the override.
I'll try and do something pretty and less harmful. *lol*

Okay, the link to the manga works now, and I can at least see some stuff. All the snow, cursor trails, etc, make my browser use 80% of my cpu. That's just shy of crazy. Ignoring that however, it looks as though someone else did you site design, possibly using a lot of template-like functionality from smackjeeves. Am I wrong? Xepher.net has no templates or blogging engines, or other such aides, you have to bring everything you need with you.

I'm ready. But before you open a site for me (if you are that is...), I have to make sure...
What is the site builder like? So I have to upload pages from my computer and work on the pages offline, or am I going to have to create an HTML file online and work there?

That's why I'm asking you about this before I consider giving you a site. There is NO site builder at all. You can upload files via SCP or FTP, and that's pretty much it. I'd like to see some example that you can actually create stuff without the aide of site-builder-like tools.

Okay. FINALLY I got a hold of one of those nifty FTP programs. :/ But frankly, I'm a bit too lazy to move things to xepher. A few months ago, I was using awardspace.

But THANK YOU for showing me the world of FTP!   :D My uploading days are easier. REAL easier. *huggle*

Oops. I forgot to explain. I'm Tsunami-Yusa. But for some reason, xepher won't let me log in. :/ So I had to create this new one. ^^"

if you have shell access to both systems, a few linux-fu commands can move your site pretty quick (even your database)

Thanks. Maybe I'll try that. Once Xepher can take my new application.  :D

... well that's assuming that you're moving from a host where you can SCP things (unix/linux/bsd ... not windows).
