I think it looks pretty nice.  The links show up really light for me though (Mac OSX, Firefox).  I can barely read the text unless I hover over them.

Also, I don't know how artists feel about these kinds of things, but I'm a freak about putting outlines around my images.  I think it helps keep them from bleeding into the page.  But that's a purely aesthetic thing.

I think that's from Xepher's email ban, not a misfunction of Wordpress.

Ignore what Griever said about "Fix File Permissions" as that was something necessary on the old server, but not this new one (it's not even an available option now.)
Oops...shows how much I don't pay attention.  x.x  I do most everything via Cyberduck anyway.

You have to set up Wordpress and ComicPress yourself via an SCP program.  View this topic for help regarding SCP, if you have Windows.  Log into your Xepher.net account page and run "Fix File Permissions".  Go make yourself a sandwich.  If you still can't access the install.php page as Wordpress dictates, go make yourself a cup of coffee/tea.  Try again.  The installation package Wordpress has is painless.

What about instead of the banner, a static "this site is hosted by Xepher.net" banner instead?  Just thinking off the top of my head but a writing/photography site might not want to place a predominantly web-comics advertising banner on their site.  However, I doubt anyone new could reasonably object to having a host banner on their page somewhere.

Nice art!  I really like the more traditional sketches.  Something different to add to this community.  Are you planning on studying art in college?

I guess I'll ask the question I ask more people who have a DA account and also want a Xepher site...how will the Xepher site be different from the DA account?  Is it just going to be a mirror site?  Or will there be elements that are different?

I can't say for sure but I think that kind of error generally means a curly bracket is missing.

I'm beginning to like Wordpress.  The layout stuff...if you really want to mess around with it, there's plenty of documentation.  If not, there are plenty of pre-made themes.  My only problem is that it can be very bulky (mostly in the plugin area) and there really isn't a good template system.

<link href="<?php=ADMIN_FOLDER?>admin.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

I looked at the default admin style that MG2 had for download and it had:

<link href="skins/admin/admin.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

Could this be a case of cut and paste/replace all?  Unless ADMIN_FOLDER is a variable, in which case, I think it would be:

<link href="<?php echo $ADMIN_FOLDER?>admin.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

But I'm guessing here....

When Xepher was doing the active account check verification thingie earlier, did you give him a new desired password?  That was my problem...the one from the old server and the one I submitted to be used on the new server were different and I had forgotten about it in the meanwhile.

Databits, I can make one for Cyberduck, if you'd like.  I've tried that one and Fugu, I believe it was, and I much prefer Cyberduck.

Senshuu, if you have any problems with Cyberduck, feel free to poke me via LJ...I use Cyberduck all the time and it's pretty good. ^_^
