So, I've started a new journaling idea with my students, and thought it would be fun here as well.  Feel free to post your answers and your own 'rathers.'

Would you rather wear clothes that are 10 years out of fashion or your underwear on your head?

Note, if any of you post really good ones, I'd like permission to use them in my classroom.  

It focuses on Tonks, my fave character.  I'm writing the backstory on the pet I always give her when I play her in RPs, as well as some angst and romance with Hagrid.  Cuz I'm the only person in the world that ships Tonks/Hagrid.  I'm insane.

that's one of the reasons I tend to donate toys.  No one but the child is going to see any profit from my toys.  

I'm looking for betas for my first fanfic.  If you like Harry Potter and have some time to read a potentially long story, post to here and I'll get a mass (or not so mass) email out to those of you interested with more details.

I don't donate money, but I like to knit up a few handmade things and donate them to charities like the Linus Project.  I like to think that when they get a hand-made toy or blanket, they know that someone wants them to enjoy the world for at least a day or two.

I totally want someone to actually make that game.  I would buy it.  And I don't really play violent video games, because I like to be able to allow my 2 year old brother to "play" with me.

*Note-I would probably NEVER play the game, for the aforementioned reason, but I would still buy it to figuratively spit in JTs face.

I got about 49% on inner geek and 23% on the nerd one.  I think I should get points for what I end up talking about with my students.

I don't think we should trust anything from a site that's linked on Jack Thompson's homepage.  But that such a checklist exists amuses me.

Now, I'm not saying people can't become addicted to video games.  Human beings can become addicted to anything that stimulates their limbic system.  But I think that if you're actually checking a few of those, you're an imaginary person, because if you're that addicted, you're not checking a website to find out.

And I only wish I had twenty hours a week to play my PS2.

That's damn shiny.  That would entertain me for days....the amusement where I forget about needing to eat.

no, it's a new dell.  Right from the factory, and it shat itself.  If it doesn't re-install, (Cuz he has the software discs), is this a sign of hardware failure?
