hehe...I suppose I'm lucky that I'm younger and still live with my parents, I'd probably make even healthy food bad for you XD

But yeah nothing beats home cooking, even if it's junk food sometimes (my mom makes some AWESOME french fries, must learn her secrets >>) at least it's better than that greasy stuff they call "food" in places like mcdonalds.

XD wow, that was really good. Some of the sentences could have been worded better or combined for easier reading, but that's a very minor thing. The story itself was a fun read, and you portrayed each character quite well. They were were a bit sterotypical (the surfer dude, the generic pop star, the psycho fan, and the sleazy news industry thing) but I can't imagine people in that situation being any different.

And I for one am all for "pointless endings" or whathaveyou. In my opinion it adds a little more down-to-earth flavor when the characters' journey really doesn't do much in the grander scheme of things. Great job, aetre. You actually got me to like a real-world fiction story. Kudos.

Okay, no peer pressure in this, but I DO have one.....problem is I never posted anything until today, (I signed up sometime in may/june XD) and I prolly won't post again any time soon....not exactly a blog person....

The worst I've come to was dreaming I was actually in the world, which is usually sorta merged with my own, and I just kinda run around doing things that I do in a 3-d version. Thank god they only least a couple scenes at a time

XD yeah, that's usually as far as I've gotten too. The only time I can remember it actually affecting my life was when a friend and I started shouting RO references at a baseball game, but that was just for fun.

either this is a very, VERY sick joke, or it's worse than we thought. All I can say is HOLY CRAP this is F#$%ed up. Poor Jark, poor DA.

I figure this'll go two ways:
1) Spyed will sell his soul and become an evil demonic net dictator and Jark, after much training under waterfalls and such, will return to defeat Syped. They will fight long and hard, and spyed will eventually fall. Jark will then reinstate peace among the masses, and all will be returned to blissful paradise.
OR....
2) everyone will leave DA for one reason or another, except for the noobs who will drag DA down into the depths of net-hell with their crappy art and overuse of "omfglfmaowtfbbq liek uoy sutipd fga!!!!11". Jark will then move on to create an even better art community that all who supported him will flock to, and all will be returned to blissful paradise.

....yes, I do read a lot of fantasy stories, why?

Yeah, I like RO, but I played on the official servers for 2 months (on a free 15 day trial because they were too dumb to shut off the account) and didn't care for em too much. It's too difficult to level, decent items are hard to come by, and the lag... OMG the lag. It's sad when private servers like valhalla had no lag and were just as big as their smallest server. So no more RO for me anymore. I like WoW because of the flexibility, and nobody on RO roleplays.

eh, it's gotten a little better now than it was when I first started. (lvling is still WAY too frelling hard, tho ><) I never get lag for more than a second or two, and it's usually because my computer did something stupid, not the game's fault. of course I have a decent internet connection and a reeeeeally nice computer.... besides all my friends are on RO and I'm far too anti-social to try making new ones. >>;

Now that I think about it my friend has WoW and lets everyone play on her computer for hours on end...I should hang out there more.

I suppose I COULD afford it if I wanted to . . . thing is I'm already an RO junkie and all, and ONE rpg consumes more than enough of my time, let alone two

hehe this new forum is pretty cool . . . and I gotta agree with Xepher, sigs have escalated into some sort of evil post-eating monsters in a lot of forums. I'm happy with just my little line of text, thankyouverymuch~
