Quicktime movies pause before playing? (html)

So I have this looping movie of a fountain with a ball rotating on it. When the video goes back to the start it pauses for a second before continuing to play. I have no idea why it does it, it loops seamlessly in flash but when I use flash it give it a huge filesize so that's out of the question.

Just the way the program works. When it starts over it tries to reload the file. Maybe try disabling (or lowering) any cache settings for quicktime.
