working vacation

After many years of plotting I finally convinced my boss to send me to work in Hawaii for a few weeks.  So, of course, I just had to boast about it to you all. I have a half-day off today, so while others might be seeing sights, I chose to edit this picture on my tiny, no-mouse netbook.

Heh, congratulations... the closest I ever got to being paid to be in the tropics was I once worked an extra saturday during a hurricane/tropical storm. :-/

Do make sure you see a live volcano though. I spent a week in Maui, and never saw an active one, which is the one thing I regret. Still a fun trip though.
