So I'm sick of only posting to facebook, and thinking "I want to share awesome stuff..." Then it occured to me, I have a website with it's own forum!

So here's some cool things I think everyone should see.

Who else has stuff we should see? Especially stuff that hasn't been linked a million times on other sites? I swear, the first person to mention raptor rapture gets a special face-punch. :-P

I don't know:

If this has been linked to at a million other sites, but since it combines Spike Jones and the current My Little Pony TV series, I find that I'm all for it.

Oh wow...

So there were suggested videos after that, and I clicked things...

And kept clicking.
And clicking.
And clicking...

I've now spent the past two hours watching My Little Pony videos. Who am I supposed to see to turn in my Man Card again?

I've now spent the past two hours watching My Little Pony videos.

I've been there:

In fact, the series sucked me in so completely, I ended up writing a 2,000 word article about it for the Strange Horizons webzine:

and having subscribed to the entire first season through iTunes, I have now watched it stem to stern twice.  Second season debuts in five months!

Homebuilt CNC Machines... DO WANT!

I spent a couple hours looking around at these things. I'd wanted a 3D printer for a long time, but the homebuilt ones just aren't extremely precise, and the materials are kinda weak usually. This though, even built out of plywood, it's amazingly accurate and can basically let you carve/cut anything you can get into a computer, and materials like plastic, wood, and metal are just as strong and useful as anything you'd get from a manufacturing plant. Of course, I'd probably need a full-on shop to go with one of these!
