If you have a support or hosting related question, there are Hosting Q&A and Technical Support areas of the forums for that. If you need to contact me directly/personally, my email contact info is on the front page of xepher.net itself (in the bottom left corner) and you can email my admin address as shown there.

I believe you may be in the wrong place. Xepher.net is a website hosting service for comics and artists. You might want to look at the user directory to see if there was a particular artist you were trying to contact. http://xepher.net/sitedirectory.php
