I now have a hp Windows machine (among other reasons, to help me update my website).
What would be a good program to use for this? Remember, I have not done so in most of a decade.

I managed to change it, but I am trying to change it again.
When I go to what should be the new page via google, I still get the old page on my screen, but when I click the page on SCP I get the new one.
What is wrong?
Checked on iPhone and it is changed.
