FTP failing

i had to reinstall Win 7 and now my WinSCP gives a network error trying to connect to my account, i cant log on to it? from what i seen this is a common problem? but doesnt seem to be fixing itself.

As I said in the email, check your settings. FTP != SFTP. You need to use SCP or SFTP modes, NOT normal FTP. Check that first. Also, if you use the wrong username/password 5 times, it'll lock you out for several hours. I'm sure it's one of those two things.
