Congrats on the job though. ^_^

And get bruised and abused in the process?  Joy!  Actually, one of my friends from college is starting high school chemistry in a couple weeks and she's freaked out about it.  We all think she'd be better off teaching kindergarten or anything below 3rd grade, but her major was chemistry. :(

ah i would love to try my hand at teaching kindergarten... it's a shame that I don't have any qualifications related to looking after children or teaching. *sigh*
Friends say i work well with kids. It would have been less stressful and more job vacancies in teaching.

Hope you are having fun and that the kids don't give you hell. ^^

so office jobs for me T^T

I have the Intarwebz! and I know where I can and can't go!  I finished my first solo week and the kids are, for the most part, great.  The elementary school kids are so cute!  The only downside is that they really want to talk to you, but in Japanese, so they speak a mile a minute and it's little kid burbles too, so you can't understand them easily.

The downside - speed limit is 50 kilometers a hour, which is like going 35.  Needless to say, most everyone breaks it, including me.  But you get your license taken away if the cops catch you going 80 km/hr. :(
