I never needed more than a few dozen at a time, so I just print 'em on cardstock myself and then cut apart. The advantage is I can do full color, and proof them to see if I like it. I can also change something and not waste too many. Also, you can buy pre-punched card stock, so no cutting needed. It's a bit more expensive, but still cheaper than paying to have them printed. If you've got a paper cutter though, go with unpunched.
