Art / Music = Imaginary Fuel?
December 09, 2008, 12:50:21 AM
So on polls, a lot of people say listening to songs inspire them to draw up something, or break free from their art block.
What do you think? If you were to listen to Epik High's albums, would that move your hand to just draw? And really good stuff, too?

I gotta say sorry to anyone or EVERYONE who clicked on my banner and found nothing but an annoying splash page that only LOOKS like my site is open. :-X
but NOW it's open! ;D
Once again I'm terribly sorry for the three month(?) delay!

Applications / Tsunami Yusa [re-apply?]
December 22, 2007, 08:57:28 PM
 ;D Here I am again! LoL :D

Username: tsunamiyusa

Preferred URL: tyusa.xepher.net

Email: peacheeku@aol.com

Site Title: Tsunami Yusa ;)

ABOUT

"Tsunami Yusa" is the title for my art portfolio (I guess I can also say it's an attempt at a Japanese name :D). Most of the things I post on the website will probably be just Anime works. I have had experience with PHP scripts before. Also, I've worked on different kinds of website layouts so the site won't look boring :).

Updating (posting finished, colored pics) will be a lil' hard for me. Being in Middle School Honors classes is really torture with homework. :( Coloring my sketches will definitely take forever- about 2 weeks or so (that's forever!). Posting sketches will be almost every day/week! ;D Lately I've been trying different styles of drawing so some of you might find them interesting. ;)

edit
I think it'll be helpful to mention these. :D
In Tsunami Yusa, I want to host art-related things like..

  • Art Forum
  • Art Topsites {Aardvark Topsites}
  • and an Online Art Clique
:)

I don't have many samples of my art. Some recent ones (since Summer '07) can be found in my dA account. I don't want to use DeviantART anymore.

I hope I've made this application understandable... I've been known to make things more and more confusing the more I say. ???
And I hope to hear from you soon!

Misc. Content / PHP Scripting Help please~
August 23, 2007, 11:47:24 PM
So, while I was waiting till xepher is finished with everything, I thought it'd be productive to actually work on a site, just for practice and stuff.
I installed Cutenews, Bellabook, and phpBB forum. Cutenews and Bellabook are going smoothly, except for phpBB Forums. :(
I haven't a clue what's going on with the PHP script. [here]
It says:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: session_pagestart() in /home/www/izufable.awardspace.com/forum/includes/functions.php on line 756
???
If you could tell me what's wrong or fix it for me, that'd be greatly appreciated. :-\

Hosting Q&A / Is Linking to Downloads okay?
July 10, 2007, 12:03:42 AM
I mean.. I'm did a tutorial on the FTP thing. And I want to link to the site that lets you download the program. Oh-no. It's not from a website where joined programs share trials. Say, I'm doing SmartFTP. I'm going to link to their site: {SmartFTP.COM}. Since it's their site, I don't think it's illegal to link to these for people to download. Is that okay with you, Xepher?

General Chat / Have you Noticed?
July 09, 2007, 03:34:35 AM
(LOL) A couple of posts I see are "spam" and "jokes" and "posted by people who don't read the rules". And ,(please don't yell at me), I find it when Mr. Xepher tries to make things clear and explain things in a mature manner, the person spoken too feels stupid and sorta dissappears. Well, that happened to me. LOL. I didn't have FTP when he told me that FTP was what I needed to make my site... I ran away, too. But... well... here I am. Back! In a new account, though.  :(
It's like some of us are little kids, and Mr. Xepher seems to be the policeman. *shrug* just a thought that came into mind.  :)

Misc. Content / In Need of Good Guestbook Scripts!
July 09, 2007, 03:14:51 AM
Okay, to tell you the truth, I've already found an 'okay' guestbook script, but I'm searching for a better one. One that's -AD-FREE-. Dang. Everyone uses {SIGN MY GB} for that awesome ad-free guestbook. Now that it's popular, they start to charge! $1.99 for a little guestbook!  :o I see people use good guestbooks using PHP. I'm a complete N00B at the PHP, MYSQL stuff. I'm only comfortable with JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS. Do you know any place that hosts a free, ad-free guestbook that can be added to the site in stead of linking to it? Like.. guestbooks like: This One, and This One. I don't want a guestbook like bravenet, or those other ones that can't be within a custom webpage. Please do reply with a solution!  :)
