I've no real idea.... that was years ago. My guess is that those are probably periods where I was upgrading software or changing the logging system and something glitched. I've done my best to preserve old data, but sometimes that just fails and new systems miss a step. Sorry.

General Chat / January 2009 and March 2019
Last post by tmazanec1 - August 23, 2021, 06:53:16 AM
I finally got around to looking at my statistics. In a typical month I get a hundred-bippity-bip unique visitors (I know my website is not google.com, so I am not disappointed). Sometimes (I guess when I post a link on a forum or something) I get significantly more.
But in those two months I got bubkis. A line of goose eggs.
What happened?

I've resent them. It should be coming from a xepher.net address, so check your spam folder.

Could you resend?

Downloaded last night.
Reading the online manual now.
THANKS! I knew that was the program I wanted when you replied, but I had forgotten the name (it has been almost three quarters of a decade :-) )

Sorry for the slow reply. I was traveling the past two weeks. As always, SFTP/SCP is the the way to connect. I still suggest the venerable WinSCP. https://winscp.net/eng/docs/free_sftp_client_for_windows

Technical Support / Updating with a Windows machin...
Last post by tmazanec1 - July 16, 2021, 01:51:52 PM
I now have a hp Windows machine (among other reasons, to help me update my website).
What would be a good program to use for this? Remember, I have not done so in most of a decade.
